The CLP Survey
The CLP Survey measures twelve independent motivation factors. Additionally, it measures a person’s current satisfaction in their role and how strongly they feel the need to manage their reputation in the workplace.
The scales were developed through research and testing over several years and the final model has been statistically verified.
The CLP Survey results report provides data, feedback, and coaching guidance specifically generated for the individual. The results report is typically 35-40 pages long and provides a insight into what a person needs in order to find deep satisfaction in their work.

James worked as a staffer in politics. His partner Lucy worked for a large corporation. Lucy had a strong motivation toward stability and security.
For as long as they had been together, Lucy suggested James leave his role for a more stable role – one that wasn’t at risk of the voters every four years. After all, James was smart, educated, and energetic.
His skills would be in demand in many environments. On reading James’ CLP Survey report, both could understand that James needed the stimulation of working among people where he could debate policy, share worldviews, and rub shoulders with influential people. Maybe a season for stability might come for James, but it clearly wasn’t now.
